11/30/11 DOCTOR NURSE? There is an interesting article on Medscape about the ‘dilemma’ that physicians face when dealing with nurses or other non-MD health practitioners with doctorates. They are having VERY STRONG REACTIONS to the title of ‘doctor’ being used to address anyone other than an MD, DO, DMD or DDS.
